EBMG Special Contribution
East Bay Manufacturing Group (EBMG) hosted An Evening at the Ballpark on Tuesday, August 23. The event, which featured a hosted BBQ with delicious food, drinks and raffle prizes on the West Side Patio of the Oakland Coliseum, allowed C-level manufacturing executives the opportunity to socialize and take in a ballgame with their peers.
Approximately 50 guests attended the event and cheered on the Oakland Athletics who defeated the Cleveland Indians 9 to 1.
“We wanted to have a social event to compliment the formal, educational events we hold throughout the year,” said EBMG President Karen Burns. “The East Bay is full of amazing manufacturing companies creating products that are enjoyed throughout the country, and the world. It’s also home to some of the most exciting sports teams. Why not bring those worlds together for an enjoyable evening?!”
